Read the labels.: Non-fat greek yogurt may have up to 22 grams of protein per cup - making it a very good and inexpensive source of protein. Other yogurt will likely have considerably less protein. So check out the labels for this and other foods as you make your choices. Good luck. Lgromkomd.
