No: No, at least not in and of itself. There is no one pill or supplement that will help you lose weight. It all boils down to exercising regularly and eating a healthy diet. However, the use of biotin and probiotics is helpful for maintaining a healthy bowel; many have found that this helps to lose weight when combined with a healthy diet and exercise; but again, there is no "magic pill.".
