Cramps: Sounds more like the problem is one of ibs . Consult a gastroenterologist.

IBS: Symptoms are more consistent with ibs but could be a variety of other things. As long as there is no blood and this has been a stable pattern for you it is not worrisome. Lexapro (escitalopram) dosing may be part of the problem.
