I got over salmonella poisoning about a month ago after being sick for 3 weeks. about a day and a half ago i started having very loose diarrhea, stomach cramps, headache and chills. could i have it again??

You could. If you got exposed to another strain of salmonella, you get a repeat of the symptoms. It would be prudent to see your doctor to get tested. Drink enough water to stay hydrated.
