IBS: The possibilities include IBS, but inflammatory bowel disease or celiac disease should also be ruled out. Food allergies can be another factor. If these are recent symptoms and you did traveling or camping, then a parasitic infection should be ruled out. Generally IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion and a Gastrienterologist will need to perform an endoscopy and colonoscopy
