How many times a day i need physiotherapy for bronchiectasis and how many times each day should i do postural drainage pls?

Depends: It depends on how much sputum your lungs accumulate. Once daily is the minimum but the more often the better. If your problem is severe, i think 4 times a day would be a reasonable solution.
