Need to see rheumato: This is being treated as mechanical butwe can see this with inflammatory arthropathy. You need to have your physician send you for a rheumatology evaluation for possible inflammatory spondyloarthropathy or reactive arthritis.

Anti-inflammatory.: Ask your doctor for a prescription of an anti-inflammatory medication. It can be taken along with the tramadol.
