Strengthen quads: Hard to day w/o examining you but if you are 'loose jointed', athletic, and have an increased 'q' angle;#40; the angle made from your hip to your patella and from your patella to the ' bump' below your knee;#41;you are going to be prone to re- subluxations and dislocations.I see patients very similar almost every day in our clinic. Stengthen your quads is the most impt.Thing u can do. Do 200 leg lifts ..
