Can be varied: Until advanced, abdominal tumors often give no symptoms. As tumors grow, they can cause abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting from blocking small or large bowel. They can cause weakness as anemia develops from intestinal bleeding. Tumors can grow into nerves causing constant pain. Patients may complain of feeling an abdominal mass. Please see your physician if you have any of these symptoms.
