I was wondering what are some other etiologies of perinephric hematoma in the absence of trauma?

Several: Most common are angiomyolipoma (a benign kidney tumor) and renal cell carcinoma. Also can see coagulation disorders, arteriovenous malformations, and periarteritis which is inflammation of the external parts of the artery and tissues surrounding it.
