Lesion under the needle of my first toe (you can see pics in my gallery). could it be an hematoma? i don't remember any trauma and it doesn't hurt

Toe watch time..: A couple visuals and a little more history are necessary to better answer your question. Things like: How quickly, how long, what color would be helpful. Hematomas under the nail can occur without much notice and often are not painful. Serial photos will help determine as to whether or not the "lesion" is stationary of moving with the nail growth. A consult may be necessary to remove all doubt.
