You need a doctor: From your description, sounds like your facial nerve is involved. Not sure of the cause. You need MRI imaging. You need medications. You need eye protection. Talk to your doctor. See an ent, possibly eye doctor, possibly neurologist.

Bells palsy: Might be bells palsy, which is benign; however, i'd talk to your doctor asap to make sure that it is not something more concerning. If your face suddenly breaks out in a painful rash, go to the emergency room.
