Consider: Cognitive processing therapy which is a form of cognitive behavioral therapy for ptsd. It is very effective - even for complex ptsd.

PTSD: I don't know how long you've been working in therapy, or what you mean by "nothing has worked." if you don't feel the treatment to be helping, discussing it with your therapist is the best thing to do. Most want to know when patients don't feel they're benefiting. You can also get a 2nd opinion from another psychologist or an academic medical center. Btw, vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) can worsen anxiety in some.
