Needs evaluation..: This could be a draining fistula from an abscess, either coming from a periodontal problem or endodontic problem. The root may be fractured, too. So hard to know for sure without an examination. Please call a local dentist for an exam and treatment.

Infection: Typically a small white bump is caused by an infection that is draining. You may not have pain but sometimes there can be a bad taste. See a dentist about this asap.
