See a dentist: There is no way to be sure what the lump is without a clinical exam. It could be an abcessed tooth, a gum abcess, an infection on the floor of your mouth, a blocked saliva duct. Any abnormality in your mouth that lasts beyond 7-10 days needs to be examined by a dentist.
