None: First off, not sure why you'd be concerned about memory at the age of 21. Of course, there may be a problem but more history is needed to elucidate that. Memory problems at this age are more likely be "relative" ones and are frequently transient and mild. Stress, lack of sleep are most commonly involved in these "memory issues". But to answer your ?, no food has been shown to boost memory.
