Not so simple: But, recommend healthy dietary intake to prevent medical problems such as diabetes which could promote future heart attacks and strokes. In general, you want to avoid food additives such as aspartame, diet drinks, MSG, GMO's, get regular exercise and good sleep. A registered dietician can help you design you food intake.
