What do you think of xyzal levocetirizine dihydrochloride 5 mg this medicine i was suggested by docs for over exfoliated lips , also a cream ?

Won't work: Your lip lesions won't be helped by taking xyzal (levocetirizine). A Hydrocortisone cream may help but you really need to find out the cause. If you breathe through your mouth because of nasal blockage, then you will need to relieve the nasal congestion. If you lick your lips often , the lips would chap as well. Perhaps you need to get another opinion on the cause for the chapped lips.
