How effective is the allergy medicine called xyzal (levocetirizine)?

Xyzal (levocetirizine): It is an isomer of zyrtec (cetirizine). It is about equally effective to zyrtec (cetirizine) but might cause slightly less drowsiness. Both work pretty much the same. I say....Buy whichever is cheaper.
