?: Monelukast is mainly used for asthma especially when triggered by a viral infection. Levocetirizine is mainly used for allergic rhinitis but i don't see either being an issue although levocetirizine may dry up your nose a little. Dose of levocetirizine at 2.5 mg is ok unless drowsiness is noted.
