My 3.5 yr old got small bumps on her arms & legs she's not complaining or scratching i gave her benadryl (diphenhydramine) anti itch cream its been 2 days what is it?

Try moisturizer: The bumps may be from dry skin and i would suggest that you apply moisturizer on her skin immediately after bathing on a regular basis. If the bumps are not bothersome and go away after a couple of weeks, just let it be. If they get worse or lasting more than a few weeks, see your doctor.
