My baby is 2 and a half and has really bad eczema on her arms, neck, and now her face. can i apply benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream to help with the itching?

No do not use: benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream.. Get some aveeno oatmeal bath packets and put her in the bathtub with one of these packets dissolved to soothe the itch. They should help a lot. You can also use 1% hydrocortisone cream twice a day on lesions. These may help a bit. See her Dr. for something stronger.
