No do not use: benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream.. Get some aveeno oatmeal bath packets and put her in the bathtub with one of these packets dissolved to soothe the itch. They should help a lot. You can also use 1% hydrocortisone cream twice a day on lesions. These may help a bit. See her Dr. for something stronger.
