Hives: These symptoms can be caused by hives. See a dermatologist to check if this is the case. They may recommend an oral antihistamine and topical steroids to help.

Possible: Contact dermatitis if you have changed soaps or detergents lately you may have developed an allergic reaction.. Contact dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
