Good intention is : Not always the best treatment. If you have a fungus - your Benadryl (diphenhydramine) will not kill it. If you have varicoities with venous stasis issues your Benadryl (diphenhydramine) will not help it. The problem is without seeing the "bump" hard to make a diagnosis. See a dermatologist or podiatrist who can diagnose those bumps immediately.
