Need for Info: Hard to say from the limited information. I suggest an office visit with your doc to go over a more thorough history, a complete physical exam including neurological exam and some blood work and possibly some advanced imaging like MRI or ct. Too many questions to provide any help for you. Possible causes are endocrine, neurological or simply anxiety. You need to get some answers..

Many possibilities: I agree with dr. Marx that your symptoms warrant a thorough evaluation. Low BP is often a sign of adrenal fatigue- see http://bit.Ly/16blg0r excess thirst could be a sign of diabetes. Daily migraines could be related to food allergies, magnesium deficiency, structural imbalances etc. If your regular dr. Can't find the causes or good rx consider seeing a holistic md, acupuncturist ;/or homeopath.
