Hello. last week wednesday i had a migraine which lasted for about 30 hours. since then i have been getting headaches consistently, especially when i wake up in the morning. what could the cause be?

Pattern?: If your migraine was unusual, or the first time you have had one, I would suggest you see a doctor urgently. If you have a history of migraines, this could be what is called a sleep bruxism headache pattern. This is caused by clenching of the teeth at night. The connection is unclear, but a migraine can cause a stress response causing clenching. Use a mouth guard OTC or professional for relief
