Comorbidity?: Two separate issues: 1. Chest tightness/pain is a serious medical condition. It is always a red flag and appointment with your pcp is warranted. 2 chronic migraine is a complex neurologic disorder. Headache, vertigo, visual disturbances nausea, sensitivity to light or sound, paresthesias and even chest pain may be present during the episodes. Rec. See a headache specialist for evaluation.
