PSA: The "age-adjusted scale"suggests that up to 4.5 is normal in the seventh decade of life. I might add that the genetic risk and the change rate over time are probably even more important.

No fixed value: There is a range of normal values by age and for a 65 year-old it should be below 5.5. However, a single reading may not be very useful and psa value needs to be evaluated along with other findings.
