Not good idea: There are 2 reasons for kidney pain, infection and trauma (stone movement). In many cases there is a hemorrhage in the kidney (aspirin has anticoagulant effect). The kidney is a sensitive organ and easily gets destroyed. Rec. See your pcp or if pain is constant get to the urgent care.
