Neuropathy and fluid retention in your feet could be contributing to the symptoms. However, to be sure of the cause you should see a doctor and be throughly examined. Make an appointment with you diabetic doctor.

You could be experiencing a diabetic neuropathy. You can have this problem being pre diabetic or before being diagnose with diabetics. See your diabetic doctor to see if medication or supplements can help.
