I just took two, 500 mg acetametaphins by accident. if i take anything with aspirin, my kidneys will shut down. should i go to the hospital?

Dosing: if you have taken 1 gm don't take anymore and that can be used as a single dose in some patients. If you don't have any liver disease, you should not have any major issues. Would suggest not to exceed the total dose on the bottle. If you feel ill then sure seek attension. 1 GM is not an overdose.
