Cymbalta (duloxetine) 60, tegretol 600, lamictal100, klonopin 2.0--years on psych meds...would it take about a year to do a complete washout of these meds properly?

You can be tapered off Cymbalta (duloxetine) over 2-3 weeks or less, tegretol over 2-3 weeks if no seizures to play it safe, Lamictal i live to taper at 25 mg a week when 100mg a day is the starting dose for the taper, and the kicker is Klonopin if you have been on it for a long time, i prefer to taper no faster than .25 mg a week , so 8 weeks.
