I currently take iron supplements. is it ok to take multivitamins along with them? the vitamins do not contain iron. thank you.

Yes: This is perfectly fine. However, please choose a good-quality multivitamin. Recent studies showing limited benefits of multivitamins were done using low-quality multivitamins like centrum. I believe high quality multivitamins are beneficial. See http://www.Multivitaminguide.Org/ any in the top 40 or so are good choices.

Yes. It's ok to : Take both iron and multivitamins.Just follow the dosing instructions.
