No specific brand: In general, a young female who is menstruating regularly should take a vitamin with some supplemental iron, usually about 10 mg/day. The recommended dietary allowance is 18 mg (also some from diet). Folic acid 400 micrograms daily should be included, especially when considering pregnancy, & vitamin D at about 400 IU. Then a good mix of B's, C, etc. Choose a reputable brand. Eat fruits/veggies!

Any: Any multivitamin will do. There isn't any evidence that taking a multivitamin offers any benefit for anything - although Iron can help if you have heavy periods that lead to mild iron deficiency
