Rare: I must admit that i had never heard of this disorder, and looked it up. There appears to be many websites that discuss it, but not too many treatments are offered. I did note: "although the disorder rarely causes symptoms, if untreated, it can become life-threatening and lead to stroke, heart attack, gangrene." i would ask many questions- the treatment here may be more for symptoms than cause.

Depends on symptoms : CF can happen in healthy persons. If causing symptoms one needs to find out the cause for cf. Simple steps like cold avoidance, stopping smoking or drugs that cause blood vessel narrowing (caffeine, decongestants or some diet pills) may reduce symptoms. More involved treatment will require a better understanding of the underlying problem and proper work up by expert physician.
