Theoretically yes: Cryofibrinogenemia increases your risk of arterial and venous clots. Antiphospholipid syndrome does the same thing, and is associated in rare cases with primary adrenal insufficiency. So it's theoretically possible that the same mechanism could cause adrenal insufficiency in cryofibrinogenemia, by clotting off the blood vessels that supply the adrenal glands. Good question!
