Low BP can be normal: A BP of 97/65 is on the low side but can be normal especially in young women. If you feel lightheadedness, then it would suggest that your BP is too low. It is normal for the BP to rise temporarily during exercise and return to baseline after resting. Test your BP monitor on others to see that it shows different readings on them.

Yes: It is not uncommon to see those readings of blood pressure at rest in a female. True low blood pressure i.e. Hypotension is always related to symptoms such as dizziness weakness and fatigue. It is normal for your blood pressure to vary with activity and increase with exertion.

Hypotension: Some home monitors are accurate. First see your doctor to confirm that you have low bp. It should be taken by your doctor lying, sitting ; standing. It should be three different times. You gave low 97/65 number with anxiety, chest pain; back pain which is a cause of concern. If still low then check for anemia, thyroid problem, sugar, adrenal, bradycardia, ; autonomous dysfunction. Thanks.
