what should i do about my patient high blood pressure? it has been over in the 200's for a week i am a home health aide and i work for this lady and last friday we noticed that her bp was very high in the 200's and every since then we have been monitoring

That : That is a very high systolic blood pressure. The best and most responsible thing is to ensure that you notify her doctor. He should know her medical history the best and can make any adjustments needed to her medications.
