Are the at home blood pressure monitor always accurate and why does my pulse rate be so high late at night?

BP: Blood pressure monitors have to be calibrated periodically to assure accuracy. As such none of the monitors are 'always' accurate. If properly calibrated a home monitor can be accurate until it goes out of calibration. The only way to tell if its accurate is to check the calibration.
