Probably: I'm glad your biopsy was benign. A tiny, very sharpy circumscribed, hard mass is very unlikely to be cancer. Ask your physician on your next office visit. Congratulations both on your benign diagnosis, and on keeping up active surveilance.

Biopsy clip: The biopsy marker clips are very tiny and it would be very unusual to be able to feel one. However, if the biopsied lesion was very superficial, and the clip was placed right under the skin surface, it is possible. But if you are feeling a new nodule, even a tiny one, you should have it checked out by your clinician.
