Breast pigment: Flat "brown spots" on the skin of the breast may just be accentuated pigmented areas due to more sunlight exposure, or they are darker and more easily noticed secondary to generally increasing pigmentation secondary to hormones produced in the pre-menopausal time. If changes occur rapidly, see a dermatologist to be certain.
