May be normal: It may be normal, tamiflu (oseltamivir) is more effective if started early in the course of flu and symptoms may still persist for few days.Cough and fever are usual symptoms of flu.Finish the course of tamifly and if not better follow up with your doctor.

Flu: Tamiflu (oseltamivir) works fast and well within 24-48 hours if it's working for the infection. I don't know how long he has been on tamiflu (oseltamivir) and others that could have been given. If he is still having problem, you should go back to the doctor and explain your concern and if the doctor feels it is necessary, cxr can be done. Keep up with fluids and rest. Good luck.
