Symptoms described are more similar to influenza or COVID, so at least get tested for COVID, and make sure you are also vaccinated for same (Pfizer or Moderna). Testing is also possible for influenza, but a positive would be academic, since the disease itself will be limited, and your immune system will be activated for the strain of flu responsible.
