Migraines: Strokes are rare in 20 year old patients. In the absence of abnormalities on MRI and ct, the most common diagnosis would be migraines (and their subtypes). Seek neurologist for consultation.

Bleeding is importan: In the brain. Many physicians are unaware how this changes the diagnosis and treatment of stroke and headache. It would be very important to see if you had a so called ocvm or if you had small microhemorrhages. I saw a case of cerebral amyloid angiopathy (caa) missed for six years on mris which were improperly interpreted and done at 1.5t. At 3t the patient had 300 hemorrhages. Ask your doctor.
