What is obstipation and dyschezia? what tests are used for the diagnosis?

Constipation: This means you have severe constipation and difficulty actually defecating or having a bowel movement. None of your medications and the procedures you listed should not affect this function. There can be many reasons for these problems, but there are standard definitions of constipation (# of bowel movements per week, form of the stool, consistency, size, etc).
