Information: Without evaluating you and reviewing your tests results it is inappropriate to advice . One of the options could be laparoscopic excision of the cyst, your physician is the best guide.

Surgery: With a presumed endometrioma (a fluid filled "cyst" formed from new or old endometriosis) needs removal because of its size and because it is causing the symptoms you stated.

Dysuria: Dysuria is the feeling of pain, burning, or discomfort upon urination. Although dysuria frequently indicates the presence of a urinary tract infection (UTI), it can have a variety of causes. Dysuria should always trigger a visit to a health-care professional for evaluation and diagnosis. http://www.emedicinehealth.com/dysuria/article_em.htm#dysuria_overview
