i am experiencing feeling of unfinished defecation, obstipation, rectal lump and mucus in stool. the following also describe me: constipation and difficult stools. what should i do?

See: A GI specialist. Try high fiber soft diet, drink plenty of fluids and increase activity level. Your GI May place you on stool softener, laxatives and or suppository or rectal manual stool evacuation if indicated
