Having a d and c done.what do i expect? i am afraid to be put to sleep.scared i won't wake up or it will paralyze me.

Not to worry: This procedure is very straight forward with little to no chance of complication. Most women get a twilight type of anesthesia, not a true deep general anesthesia. Talk with your fears to the anesthesiologist taking care of you, likely he/she will make all your fears go away as it is incredibly safe. More dangerous on your drive to have surgery than actual surgery. You'll be fine!
