Nonspecific: Can suggest an enlarged liver, reduced volume in that lung, an incomplete inspiration, etc........By itself, even with your history, does not add much / point to a clear answer. Likely chest wall (musculoskeletal) or pleuritic given your age. Nsaid for few days should reduce and/or eliminate symptoms. If not, should follow up with primary doc for further evaluation.
