Need clinical info: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) requires clinical information to diagnose. It is not an xray thing. Yes hyper-aeration can be a part of it but that is non specific (could be a lot of things). Must see someone who can take a history and consider pulmonary function tests (blow into a tube and record how well your lungs work). Often COPD has an element of chronic bronchitis with cough.
